Had a break, now back to it

Last post follow up

The LCTF post was slipping off Facebook because it had a link in it. After posting without the link it posted without a problem.

Total signatures now sitting at 167 but I will need to check for any duplicates, so may be less than this.

A break away from it all

Managed a break away from all this at the weekend. Visited the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum and had a ride on some old busses and a couple of narrow gauge trains. Campaign update

No responses received from NHS Forth Valley via post or email, so I must need a louder voice.

Blood pressure is stopping everything now

 Last month, I had two appointments that had to be stopped because my blood pressure readings were too high to safely proceeded (230/120). The first of these appointments was at the start of the month and was for an endoscopy, which I wasn't too heartbroken about it being cancelled, but I did go to see my GP afterwards, to see what he could do to ensure the next one would go ahead. My GP wrote an email to a consultant he knew of in cardiology, who may be interested in my "interesting" case. He also doubled up my dose of Propranolol to 2 x 40mg / day. This only lasted for a couple of days as I started feeling very unwell, and couldn't keep out of the toilet, so back down to 2 x 20mg/day for me. The following week was my appointment with the respiratory lab, and once again the same thing happened. After about 20 minutes of setting up, my blood pressure was checked and again it was far too high to consider doing any exertion, so the appointment was cancelled.  A few days...
